Rented this house around 1999-2000, there was a cul de sac on the n/e corner of 44th Street and Indian School that had five houses in it, all were abandoned except for ours and one other. We had the place for a year until they started building the Pei Wei plaza there, our house would be right where Pei Wei is. Big house with a guest house that Robby rented. We had a dump truck drop a load and built a double and a berm around the guest house, then there was a little dirt jump over the pond, small launch to the box jump to the quarter to hit the dirt jump again, pretty fun backyard setup. Had a few parties there, Ells and Gonz played in the guest house, eternal bad karma to the fucker who stole my gold Shimano DX pedals. Me, Bruce, Roller, Tommy and Sydney, the dog.
